Signs that it's time to come to us

  • Pain lasting more than 10–14 days.
  • A "twinge" that doesn't quite go away.
  • Discomforts that always appear in the same movement.
  • Insecurity when lifting weights or training.
  • Pain that wakes you up or limits you from working.

What do we do in the first session?

  1. Complete interview to understand your context, habits, and goals.
  2. Functional assessment: mobility, strength, control, movement patterns.
  3. Clear explanation of what is happening and how long it will take to improve.
  4. Initial treatment (manual therapy + exercise as needed).
  5. Action Plan: Exercises, Healthy Habits, and Session Frequency.

Outcomes

You go home with a clear path, without noise and without fear.
