Membership Prices
Save with our subscriptions. Always pay upfront for the full membership, 3 or 6 months. They are personal and non-transferable. The included sessions must be used within the established period.

Important information about the sessions
To provide you with quality care and properly organize the schedule, we work with the following conditions at Arbory :
Home sessions
Home physiotherapy sessions incur an additional charge of €25 per session for travel and materials within the city of Valencia, and an additional charge of €50 outside of Valencia.
This supplement applies to both individual sessions and packages or memberships.
Weekend or public holiday sessions
Physical therapy sessions on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays have an increase of €10 per session.
This supplement applies to both individual sessions and packages or memberships.
Punctuality
Rogamos puntualidad para poder aprovechar al máximo la sesión.
If the patient is late, the session will end at the scheduled time, with no possibility of extension.
Commitment to your process
Physical therapy is a team effort.
Your involvement, consistency, and adherence to the guidelines are part of the success of the treatment.

Health and Safety
If you have a fever, an infection, or feel unwell, please let us know in advance so we can reschedule the session.
The treatment may be adjusted or postponed if the state of health requires it.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations or appointment changes are free up to 12 hours before the session.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance, or no-shows, will incur the full session charge.
In the case of packages or memberships, the session will be considered completed and will be deducted from the total.
By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
