What is Arbory?

Arbory is an international holistic health clinic that combines specialised physiotherapy and Pilates in El Cabanyal. Founded by Sandra Cordón, physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, originally from La Rioja and with a strong Australian influence.

Our name comes from the word tree, because we believe that to truly heal, one must get to the root of the problem, not just treat the symptoms.

Our mission

To offer a space —physical or mobile— where physiotherapy and Pilates complement each other to help people move better, recover with confidence, and live without limits..

We believe that with willpower, knowledge, and support, any change is possible.
