Sandra Cordón

Registered physiotherapist Nº 9690

In 2014 I decided to turn my life around and moved to Australia. There I worked as a physiotherapist with people from over 80 nationalities, an experience that taught me that every body and every story is different.

After a year in the United States working as a Pilates, I returned to Melbourne in 2020. During the following five years, in addition to treating my patients, I trained other physiotherapists to help them identify the source of each injury and support their patients from a holistic view of the body.

I am passionate about helping people to move better, understand their bodies and create healthy habits that allow them to enjoy lasting results.

I am the founder of Arbory and I have over a decade of experience in private clinics in Australia, the United States and Spain. In each treatment I combine manual therapy, dry needling, active listening and therapeutic Pilates, adapting each session to the needs and goals of each patient.

My patients often say that I have "steel hands" and that I always find a way to motivate them to achieve their goals.

When I'm not learning something new about physiotherapy, you'll probably find me experimenting in the kitchen or enjoying any activity that involves moving and enjoying the outdoors.
