About us
Sandra Cordón
Registered physiotherapist Nº 9690
In 2014, I decided to change my life and moved to Australia. There, I worked as a physiotherapist with people from over 80 nationalities, an experience that taught me that every body—and every story—is different.
After a year in America working as a Pilates instructor, I returned to Melbourne in 2020. Over the past five years, in addition to treating my patients, I have trained other physiotherapists to learn how to find the root of each injury and support their patients from a more holistic perspective.
I am passionate about empowering people to move better, understand their bodies, and create healthy habits that provide lasting results.
I am the founder ofArbory, and I have over 12 years of experience in private clinics in Australia, the United States, and Spain. My tools aremanual therapy, dry needling, active listening, and Pilates. They say I havehands of steeland that I always find ways to motivate.
When I'm not learning something new about physiotherapy, you'll find meexperimenting in the kitchenor participating in any activity that involvesmoving and enjoying..
