Therapeutic exercise
It is the use of individually designed exercises to restore function, prevent injuries, and improve health.
- Musculoskeletal injuries.
- Chronic pain (back, neck, knees).
- Post-surgical rehabilitation.
- Improvement of strength, balance, and motor control.
The patient learns to move better and with less pain. Fatigue or slight soreness may occur, but these are normal and part of the adaptation process.
