Myofascial therapies
They are manual techniques aimed at releasing tensions and restrictions in the fascia (the tissue that surrounds muscles and organs) and the muscles, improving mobility and reducing pain.
We perform different types of "massages" depending on the injury.
- Muscle and joint pain.
- Stiffness and limited movement.
- Sports injuries or strains.
- Chronic pain (cervical pain, lower back pain, fibromyalgia).
You may feel deep pressure, warmth, or stretching. Occasionally, there may be specific discomfort, but it is usually tolerable.
Relief of tension, a feeling of lightness, or even mild soreness for 24–48 hours.
